The PADI Divemaster course is the first step into a professional career in diving. As part of this course, all skills are brought to a professional level, both in theory and in practice.
Among other topics covered in the Divemaster course are the following topics: Diving physics, diving physiology, decompression theory, training assisting, dealing with diving students, organizing and leading diving activities. During the course, the participant takes part in at least one PADI beginning course and a further education course as a DM trainee. And also very practical exercises are part of the PADI Divemaster course: So you will practice holding a dive briefing, there is a search and Bergen scenario and a deep-dive scenario and together with a buddy you will make a dive map. Exciting things that won’t just help you in the function of a divemaster.
After this course, you are qualified to carry out various diving activities on your own and to work as a training assistant in diving training. An intense course that will take the diver to a new level. And it is not uncommon for him to be the prelude to a career in diving!
Prerequisite to participate:
Min. PADI Rescue Diver or equivalence, confirmation of participation in a recognized program in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLW) within the last 24 months, at least 18 years old, medical certificate, complete own equipment.
